With our demand on time, along with the nature of how we make our living., a credit card will need to be on file upon reserving any custom hair service that exceeds 2 hours. If a cancelation with in 24 hrs., or a no-show day of reservation occurs, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
We understand that life happens, so reasoning of cancelation will be taken into consideration before any charge occurs.
